A person reads these.

Not a ticketing queue and not a chatbot trained on our own marketing. Questions about the product, about running it across an organization, about an advisory matter, or about something we got wrong all come to the same place.

Tell us what you are trying to do.

The more specific you are, the more useful the reply. Vague questions get vague answers, and neither of us enjoys that.

Please do not send privileged, classified, export-controlled, or otherwise sensitive material through this form. If a matter needs a secure exchange, we will arrange one after the first conversation.

Before you write

Some of this is already answered.

  • How OOMU works The documentation on oomu.ai covers installation, projects, workflows, connections, local models, and routing.
  • What it costs Nothing, including at work. The paid part is OOMU Control, for organizations that need to govern it centrally.
  • Whether it runs on your Mac Apple Silicon, M1 or later. The full list is on the download page at oomu.ai.
  • Whether we are the right party for a matter The advisory page sets out the kinds of matter we take, and we say plainly when one is not for us.

We do not sell your address, add you to a list, or pass your message to anybody else.

What happens next

Three steps, and none of them is a sales call.

01

We read it

Dr. Allan reads advisory and press inquiries directly. Anything marked urgent is read the day it arrives.

02

A short reply, or a short call

Most questions are answered in writing. Where a matter warrants it, thirty minutes to establish what the real question is and whether Eldris is the right party for it.

03

Something in writing

For a matter that fits, you receive the question we would answer, the work behind it, the timeline, and the fee. If it does not fit, we say so and suggest who might be better placed.

Or just try the thing.

Free, including at work. No card, no account, no sales call, no demo booked for a Tuesday three weeks from now.
