Why we built it
OOMU started as our own internal tool.
We built it because we needed it. Then we realized everyone does.
Inside the lab, we needed AI agents that could handle real work: reading, sorting, drafting, reporting. We didn't want everything sent to the cloud, and we didn't want an API bill for every keystroke. Nothing on the market worked the way we wanted, so we built our own.
What began as internal R&D tooling became OOMU: a product for doctors, attorneys, consultants, researchers, and small business owners. People who are experts in their own work and shouldn't have to become AI experts too.
